“Wave 2025” Offer Terms and Conditions Dated: November 13, 2024 1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail the “Wave 2025” offer. Qualified bookings will get a certain percentage off a booking for a second person traveling in company, plus a free “Bar T ab,” in varying amounts depending on the length of voyage; see the “Promotional Bar T ab” section below. Buy One, Get a Discount for a Second Co-traveller: ● During November 2024 through January 2025: “Buy One Fare Get a Second Fare 80% off.” Under the ”Wave 2025 Offer,” through 30 January 2025 Virgin Voyages will provide a total discount of 40% off both Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 retail (base) voyage fares when two (2) Sailors book a voyage to sail together in an Eligible Cabin (see section 3.1 for Eligible Cabins) Additionally, if there are four (4) Sailors traveling together in one cabin, all four (4) Sailors will receive 40% off their Voyage Fare. Eligible cabins are listed in section 3.1. During November 2024 through January 2025 Promotional Bar T ab. ● Any voyage lasting nine (9) nights or more will receive $300 USD in a “Bar T ab,” that is, a bar credit, for the cabin. Any voyage lasting between six (6) through eight (8) nights will receive a $200 USD “Bar T ab” for the cabin. Any voyage lasting four (4) through five (5) nights will receive a $100 USD “Bar T ab” for the cabin. The Bar T ab will be added to the lead passenger’s (i.e., “Sailor” in our marketing voice) folio. 2. Eligible Bookings During November 2024 through January 2025. Eligible bookings are those purchased for an eligible cabin (see section 3.1) for an eligible voyage date between 12:00:01 a.m. local US east coast time on 13 November 2024 through 11:59:59 p.m. local US east coast time on 30 January 2025. Eligible voyage dates are any voyage open for sale on non-charter, open, revenue voyages. 3. Restrictions/Exclusions. The "Wave 2025” offers are subject to the following restrictions and exclusions. 3.1. Eligible Cabins, Percentage Off: Only cabins in the Sea T errace Meta Category cabins, The Sea View, Lock It In Rate Sea View, The Insider, and Lock It In Rate insider cabins are eligible for the percentage off in the ”Wave 2025” Offer. The Sea T errace Meta Category includes the following cabins: XL Sea T errace, Central Sea T errace, The Sea T errace, Sea T errace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Ltd View Sea T errace, and the Lock It In Rate Ltd View Sea T errace. This offer excludes the Solo Sea View and Solo Insider cabins. The Sailors to whom the two bookings apply must travel in the same cabin.3.2. Eligible Cabins, Bar T ab: Only Rockstar Quarters and select Sea T errace Meta Category cabins are eligible for the Bar T ab in the “Wave 2025” Offer. The select Sea T errace Meta Category includes the following cabins: XL Sea T errace, Central Sea T errace, The Sea T errace, Sea T errace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Ltd View Sea T errace. The Bar T ab does not apply to the following cabins: all Lock It In Rate cabins, Mega Rockstar, Sea View and Insider Meta Cabin Categories. 3.3. Charter voyages are excluded from the “Wave 2025” Offer. 3.4.
