Planning Fee Agreement
This Planning Fee Agreement (“Agreement”) together with the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) at Travel Services Terms and Conditons are:
BETWEEN: Destination Vacations LLC (“Agency,” “our,” “us,” or “we”) AND: You (“you” or “your”)
(each a “Party” and, together, the “Parties”).
This Agreement becomes effective upon: (1) your written, digital, or electronic signature; (2) your delivery of payment authorization to us; or (3) your payment of Planning Fees. This Agreement will terminate upon completion of your trip or until terminated earlier in writing by you or us.
GENERAL TERMS
Our custom travel planning fees (“Planning Fees”) are based on the complexity of your trip. Planning Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, separate from, and in addition to the cost of your travel.
Based on past travelers’ needs, we have developed three tiers of travel planning and support with the typical fee charged. Each trip is quoted individually.

- Starting at $400 per household.
Opal
- Ideal for independent-minded travelers who are interested in a single destination or cruise.
- Includes consultation and research to match you with the right hotel or cruise.
- Starting at $200 per household.
Granite
- Ideal for travelers with a specific itinerary who are primarily interested in reservation management support and advocacy.
- Starting at $50 per household.
